My Review

I recently had the pleasure of reviewing the Relax synergy as well as the Sunflower carrier oil. I have been hearing a whole lot of buzz about essential oils lately and I was anxious to see what all the hype was about! As a busy mom of two, I feel like I spend my days drinking a ridiculous amount of coffee, yet I could pass out for a nap at any moment. When the day finally winds down to an end, you would assume I pass out the second my head hits the pillow, but it’s the exact opposite. I have done some research and discovered that I was doing many things that I shouldn’t be doing before going to bed. Cleaning up around the house, doing the dishes, using the computer and iPad, all of those things are the reason I toss and turn once I go to bed. Once I received the relax synergy to review, I immediately put it to the test. I would take my mini spray bottle and mist the relax synergy on my pillows. The smell is very delightful and even smells relaxing, if that’s even possible, hehe! I even sprayed it into the air, allowing it to mist on me, just like if I were to apply body spray. I am happy to report that I have noticed a significant difference in the amount of time it takes me to fall asleep!

I first want to mention that the smell of the sunflower oil is amazing! Secondly, I did some research on the best ways to use my sunflower oil and saw that several people suggested adding it to your bath. I am not a huge fan of taking baths, as my children don’t allow me the luxury of taking one alone. But this winter was a fairly dry season and my eczema was more severe than it has been in years, so I made bathtime with my new sunflower oil a must! I chose the sunflower oil to review because of it’s ability to nourish your skin and am excited to tell you that it indeed works wonders when applied to your skin! My skin feels much more hydrated and smooth and… did I mention it smells amazing!

  1. After reading this review I am very excited about the Relax Synergy. Thank you for the ideas of how to incorporate it into your hectic day for some relaxation.

  2. Hmmm this review got me thinking about essential oils. To be honest, I haven’t tried any nor do I know anyone else who does. (Thinking)

  3. i have never used plant therapy. but i suffer from chronic intractable migraines and tried everything but this. i am very interested in these essential oils.

    1. Plant therapy is a wonderful company selling a quality product. Much better priced than mlm’s. With free shipping. Ck them out. Essential oils are wonderful gifts from God. Good luck and God Bless. But remember everyone is different and different oils work for some but not others. You may have to try a few before you get just the right blend for you. It’s worth the effort.

  4. I also toss & turn at night even though I’m exhausted. And I am convinced that aroma therapy works. Smells invoke feelings & emotions & are a great way to calm the soul.

  5. Meh not impressed tbh. The sunflower is ok but relax oil? yeah unfortunately that suff never works for me

  6. I never used essential oils but I know people who have. They swear by them. I always forget about checking into them when I need to cure something. Hopefully this lets me keep it in the back of my mind. Thanks for the review.

  7. Thank you for the coupon code after reading your review I will be making a purchase. I always turn to bloggers I trust before making purchases. I too have heard a lot about the oils and there new popularity, I would love to have a product that can naturally help me instead of putting more synthetic products in my body. I can’t wait to order the relaxing oil. I let you know how I like it.

  8. I have always heard that these oils have helped so many with health problems. I would love to find some that would benefit my health issues. I will need to read up on the different oils and the benefits they have.Sure would be so much better than medication.

  9. I am hearing more and more about these type of oils, and really wanna try them because all I hear is good things about them. I’ll be putting these on my “Wanna Try” list.

  10. I agree 100% on how the combination of oils can be relaxing. i use them already, and I am 72. My mother was born in 1905 and used many oils for healing and they worked. using common sense, you don’t have to be afraid of oils.

  11. Awesome review you wrote! I have seen a lot about oils and am excited to use your coupon. Thanks so much!

  12. I have issues sleeping at night and sometimes am up btwn 2 and 4 am so I may need to look into this one.

  13. I love essential oils and believe they are a Godsend to my family and I. I use them for headaches, back pain, stress relief, rash relief in the tub for the kids, on cuts and bruises to speed up the healing process, in my shampoo, etc! I love it. I will definitely look into this company. I have never tried sunflower oil and would love to add it to my collection. Right now, I am using tea tree oil and eucalyptus oil but love trying to oils to see how they can replace the things we use that have too many chemicals. Thank you so much for your review, I look forward to trying their products!

  14. I love that they are all natural…sometimes you don’t know what you’re getting with other products!

  15. This sound like something I could use. I have a hard time a night to fall asleep. Iam going to look into this because Iam hoping it will work for me.Thank you for the review

  16. I am a firm believer in mother nature helping with the healing process. I love essential oils for bath time and in the humidifier. Thanks so much for the review!

  17. Cool! Essential oils have become pretty popular lately so I love learning more about them and reading reviews. Thanks for yours!

  18. I have always wanted to try this out but haven’t. I have heard that the Lavender is good for relaxation. I would really like to try it out and see if it really works

  19. I would love to try the relax therapy – sounds fantastic. But I’m really excited about the Sunflower Skin Conditioner. My skin is so dry that this conditioner sounds like it’s calling my name!

  20. I would love to try all of these sometimes the only relief I get from my fibromyalgia pain is sitting in a hot tub of water which can be very drying to my skin……………………these products would help me with being in the bath and coming out.

  21. I sure would love to try the Relaxation synergy blend. If is really does work, it could be a great benefit to me!

  22. I have such a hard time sleeping. I cant fall asleep for hours after my husband goes to bed, but we still get up around the same time. So, I am always sleepy, and cranky anymore. It gets harder, the older I get. So, I would love to be able to try out the Sunflower spray, and the Relaxation Oil.

  23. I have used essential oils to help me overcome vertigo symptoms when traveling. I really like the idea of a previous commenter about putting the scent in a bath. Sounds relaxing!

  24. i’m not a bath person, either, but mainly because it’s a bit difficult to relax when you share a bathroom with a near-stranger from the other half of the duplex… i mean, there’s a lock and everything, just i worry about being in too long in the case of tummy troubles and such… lol
i do love the idea of the relax spray, though… i think i’d just spray it at my kid all the time, though… lol

  25. I also toss & turn at night even though Iโ€™m exhausted. And I am convinced that aroma therapy works. Smells invoke feelings & emotions & are a great way to calm the soul

  26. I think I would use this with woolzie balls for the extra scent in my laundry. And two companies that are eco friendly way great!

  27. We use essential oils to make homemade goats milk soap, we also use them to fight off colds, allergies and to help us relax!! I’ve never tried this company but I plan on using the coupon code and ordering some right away!

  28. I would love to be able to use these products. I have heard that they are wonderful and they also help your health. Thanks for the review.

  29. The relaxing one sounds absolutely amazing right now. I’m under so much stress lately and this sounds like a nice thing to unwind.
    Thanks for the review! =)

  30. It was great to learn about the benefits of oils and great ways to use them. I love learning new things every day. Sounds like a great product line to try.

  31. I have been using essential oils for years! They are great, I put a few drops in my bath, and I add to my lotions. I use lavender in my grandchildren’s bathwater. I have never tried the Relaxation Synergy, but I intend to very soon.

  32. i would love to have something to help relax my mom. Mothers day is coming up and i would give her the world if i didnt make minimum wage

  33. Mmm. Sunflower oil is really pleasant. It’s great for cooking with, too! Haha, though, you left me really curious as to what the “relaxing” smell was like. A lot of ‘relaxing’ smells are pretty heavy on the lavendar, which I think smells soapy.

  34. In our stressed out society we need to turn to these natural methods rather than always relying on medications alone

  35. i think i need some of these and know a couple of people who do too. you did a great review. i love reading your reviews.

  36. I would love to order some of the essential oils, and will as soon as I can figure out which ones I need to most to begin with. I know I want the Relax but from there it is so hard because I want pretty much every one of them and my budget will not allow me to do that. Decisions decisions. Thank you for sharing your review and a 10 dollar coupon that will help me so much!

    1. And I don’t know where my brain is because somehow I was thinking you just did this post. Ummm… wrong! Still a great reveiw though. ๐Ÿ˜‰
