Have you ever experienced that dreadful moment when you realize you are completely out of a particular product? That was me a few weeks ago and that product happened to be diapers! I was in the middle of a diaper change and shouted to my oldest to grab a diaper from the diaper changing station in her room. She then informed me it was completely empty. I proceeded to grab one from my diaper bag in the car, only to discover there were none in there! I searched every area I normally stash diapers and turned every diaper bag upside down… nothing! I looked at the kids and explained we needed to get to the store quickly. They both looked at me with wide eyes and worry “but mom, what if Addie pees at the store!” She is only 1 so the possibility of her peeing at the store in her pants is highly likely.

The big kids were so adorable in the car ride to the store, constantly reminding and encouraging their baby sister not to pee. I have to admit that I was sweating a little once we got inside the store and joined in on the praise “you can do it Addie, you can hold your pee!.” We finally paid for the diapers and made it to the parking lot without any accidents. I got I diaper on her immediately and have since stocked up quite heavily on diapers!

With summer in full swing and three active kids ready to enjoy every moment outside and go on big adventures… I am not messing around when it comes to our household products! In attempts to avoid another oops moment, I went onto and ordered all of our essentials. No one likes that sinking feeling when you reach for something only to realize it’s all gone and really helps me to avoid that.

When I have a trunk full of groceries, a toddler attached to your hip and two other children to keep an eye on, it can be tough carrying in those large, often bulky items that keep my hands full. I just discovered recently that I have the option of shopping for the same great household essentials at Walmart’s everyday low prices on I can now avoid dragging three unwilling children to the store and trying to keep them happy while shopping.

It feels so great to be stocked up on all of our necessities and I have three very happy children that were grateful we didn’t have to go to the store to get the items! Starting a load of laundry only to realize the bottle is empty, reaching for a paper towel and finding an empty roll…we have all been there! Make sure to head to and stock up on essentials from P&G so you can avoid the oops during impromptu summer events, get-togethers and outings.

I would love for you to share a personal oops moment with me in the comments below, we all have them so let’s laugh at our oops moments!
