Bruschetta is one of my all time favorite side dishes that I could eat every single holiday without it ever getting old! With the holiday season just around the corner, I thought it would be great to put a twist on our favorite holiday recipe, which led to the creation of these amazingly delicious olive bruschetta. This was a recipe that turned out so much better than I had anticipated. It was so great to mix the recipe up and bit and the entire family was an agreeance, this is defiantly a dish we will be adding to the Christmas dinner list!

This recipe is very simple and easy to follow, you will also only need a handful of ingredients to create it. I used sliced tuscan sourdough bread, but obviously you are free to use a bread of your preference. Olive oil, cream cheese, minced garlic, cherry tomatoes and Mezzetta blue cheese stuffed olives.

The first step is to brush your bread with EVOO. Then spread some cream cheese on the top of your bread. Dice up the cherry tomatoes and place on top. Add your minced garlic, then add your diced olives and finally, top with your favorite seasoning. Put your bread on a baking sheet and cook at 350 for about 15 minutes. Take it out of the oven and you are ready to enjoy this delicious olive bruschetta!

I was really pleased with how well the cream cheese worked with this recipes and helped to keep the ingredients all in place!
