Delicious Crock Pot Mac & Cheese {Recipe}
I have tried many mac & cheese recipes and this one is by far the easiest and yummiest!
Deliciously inexpensive as well, enjoy!!!
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 Cups Elbow Macaroni (uncooked)
- 4TBSP Butter
- 2 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Can of Cheddar Cheese Soup (10.75 oz)
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup of Skim or Low Fat Milk
- 1/2 tsp Ground Mustard
- A Pinch of Salt & Pepper
Directions:
- Boil pasta for six minutes
- Melt butter and cheese in saucepan
- Spray crock pot with no stick spray
- Add sour cream, cheddar cheese soup, milk, ground mustard, salt & pepper to the crock pot
- Add butter/cheese sauce to crock pot and mix
- Stir in pasta and toss until completely covered
- Cook on low for 1-2 hours
Makes great left overs!

Who doesn’t love mac & cheese? I would have to add more sauce and cheese and finish in the oven, because I love the crust!!
