DIY Halloween Hand Print Canvas
All you need to get started with this craft is some blank canvases, paint, a paintbrush, paper plates, and little hands!
How To Make A DIY Halloween Hand Print Canvas!
The first step is to paint your blank canvas in a color of your choice, we went with purple and orange for our background colors. Allow them to fully dry before moving on to the next step.
The next step is all of my children’s favorite part… get their hands in the paint! If you have a toddler, you can also do a footprint since they have smaller feet.
Figure out what you want to create with your and print first. We decided on a spider (made with two hand prints) and a ghost made with my toddler’s foot print.
Once you have the hands painted, place a hand print in your desired location! The great thing about Halloween themed hand prints is that the kids can mess up, get it too smudgy or smear it by mistake without ruining it because that gives it an extra spooky look!
Allow those adorable little hand and foot prints to dry before moving onto the next step!
Your final step is to turn your hand print into something spooky! Add some Halloween themed items to the background. You can even use foam stickers for the letter if you have younger children. Use your imagination, there are so many fun and unique ways to make this craft your own!
