 About Baby Jack Blankets

“Owner and Hales Corners, WI, mommy of two Kelley Legler hand-makes all baby Jack blankets and puts a lot of love and time into these creations. This business started out as a hobby after Kelley saw how much her son loved to play with ribbons but did not enjoy seeing his fingers intertwined in the loops. After careful consideration, her mother-in-law, Nancy, and Kelley started sewing ribbons shut into tabs, leaving only one ribbon open as a “link loop” to attach a pacifier clip or toy (toy link included!). These custom ribbon-tab blankets are perfect for baby showers & gifts! As a business owner and mom of two, Kelley takes pride in creating and making sure each of her creations is of excellent quality. Knowing that her blankets will be soothing kids for years to come brings Kelley boundless joy! Your purchases not only help a small business; they contribute to funding the everyday chaos of the Legler life and help employ Americans, as all products are handmade in the United States.”

About The Satin Loveys

“Our 14X18 Satin loveys are the perfect size for little ones. Top fabric is silky satin and bottom is dimple dot textured minky fleece. Along the sides are ribbons sewn shut into Tabs providing an assortment of textures for play.”

 My Review

Blankets are undoubtedly a must have item for every new baby and something they will use for many years. The ultimate baby blanket would not only include comfort and warmth, but the ability to entertain and sooth all at once. So where can one find this must have blanket that includes such great features? At Baby Jack Blankets of course! Their satin loveys contain an unbelievable amount of softness and are the perfect size for snuggling with. If you are a new mom then you will learn very quickly that babies are always drawn to tags on clothing and blankets. My children (as well as many others) seem to find it soothing to hold the tags on blankets between their fingers, so it only makes sense to make that a main feature in a blanket. This adorable and beautifully made satin lovey contains different ribbons all along the edge of the blanket. This is such a great feature and I am so excited for the new baby to use this wonderful blanket! The most ingenious feature of all has to be the link loop that is attached to the blanket. Not only can you attach a pacifier or toy to the blanket, but you could also clip it to the stroller or car seat. I can’t begin to tell you how many times I have been out pushing my child in their stroller, abruptly halted and unable to move the stroller. Shortly after discovering that my child has thrown their blanket out of the stroller and it’s not caught in the wheels. The link loop guarantees and reassures that your child will not be able to toss the blanket out of the stroller! Overall I am completely satisfied with this blanket and all of its amazing features. I highly recommend it and absolutely consider it a must have baby item.

  1. These are so portable and soft. I think this makes a wonderful baby shower gift because it’s washable and small so Baby can take it anywhere and feel comforted.

  2. i love all the vibrant colors and that the clip is really handy for them so they don’t get lose it.. love it and thanks @tisonlyme143

  3. I love that it is purposeful as far has keeping your child warm and then also being able to entertain/sooth/teach your baby by having the different textures, colors and ribbions! I also love the clip…I agree I have lost count of how many times we have lost a blanket over a stroller or even off of the infant car seat. It is nice to know that someone came up with something to keep those things from falling to the ground! lol

  4. Oh my goodness!! Cutest little blankets EVER!! I love the origionality! We will definitely be purchasing a few!!

  5. These blankets are so colorful. They look so soft and would delight any baby! Would love to have one for my new little grandson who is due soon!

  6. These look and sound amazing!! They look so soft and i love that they have a variety of textures!!I would love love to get one for my baby girl due in august.. Gotta start saving!! Thank you for the great review!! xo

  7. I love these. I love the textured ribbons on the outside rather than just having strictly satin. Adding the ring so you can attach it to the stroller is genius!

  8. I have seen similar blankets (and own one), but they are all really small. This one seems like it would be a good size.

  9. Oh, I’d say one of these or something close to it are a “MUST HAVE” for newborns and little ones! The bright colors, the ‘tags’ that babies like to feel and the satiny/soft sides are really sensory features that are for babies! The clip is a real plus so it can go anywhere!!

  10. These little lovey blankets are so cute. They have the neatest patterns and I really like how they donate to hospitals.

  11. Hey Heather,

    Great Post dear!!!

It is amazing to see such lovely blankets and also the patterns are so unique and beautiful. These colors are very much liked by the little ones. Children always go for the bright color as it could be seen this post. These blankets will also not harm the tender skin of the babies and they will enjoy sleeping in these cozy blankets.

Thanks a lot for sharing this post and keep posting ๐Ÿ™‚
