Summer’s in Georgia are not only extremely hot, but the humidity can some days make it miserable to even be outside and enjoy it. We are an outdoors family so we are extremely unhappy when it is too hot and humid to enjoy the comfort of our own back deck. We typically wait until the evening before we go outside to cook on the grill, by then the sun is not shining so brightly… but that humidity… oh the humidity! I don’t think people can truly understand what I mean by this awful humidity until you have either lived or visited the south. To those of you that have not, just imagine every time you step outdoors, it feels like you are inside of an oven… I literally walk to my mailbox out front and by the time I get back to my front door, I am dripping in sweat. I just want to be outside and relax without being driven inside by the uncomfortable humidity. I recently had the opportunity to review the NewAir AF-520B Outdoor Misting Fan and what a life changer it has been! We can now actually enjoy our back deck while keeping cool and getting a nice breeze! So let’ take a closer look, shall we!
NewAir AF-520B 18 in. Black Outdoor Misting Fan helps you to stay cool on a hot day. Not only is it a stylish misting fan to add to your outdoor deck, patio or garden, but it quickly allows you to enjoy the cooling effects that only a powerful misting fan can provide. All you need to start is simple attach a standard garden hose to transform this fan into a misting fan and provide relief on a dry, hot day. The large 18 in. Oscillating Head on the fan provides a cooling mist to large areas of up to 500 sq. ft. in size. You can also adjust the head vertically in order to point the fan in the appropriate direction to provide maximum cooling. This fan is very easy to adjust and you can even adjust the height so that you can easily target the airflow and mist the area where you want it. Adjustable speed controls are designed with three customizable speeds so that you can personalize the amount of air flow and mist that you desire. Overall I am so pleased with both the quality and function of the NewAir AF-520B Outdoor Misting Fan and our family has made much use of it in the last 30 days. We are expecting to get in the 90’s this weekend and my husband already has plans for some outdoor grilling. This fan is going to provide us with the relief the younger kids need from the humidity and heat we will be expecting. The kids love running up to it to cool themselves off, it’s truly a family favorite and a summer essential for the family!
