Have you ever experienced the SodaStream machine?  They come in many different models but the Source machine is the model I received to review along with all the flavors you in this full review.

I really wanted to try the SodaStream.  I love my diet cola but I hate it from a can or a bottle.  I am totally a fountain soda type of gal.  Plus I must confess I drink way too much diet cola.

The SodaStream is convenient, portable, does not require electricity, has so many flavor options, inexpensive and great for the environment.  The SodaStream sodas are much better for you than store bought soda.  Check out their nutritional information HERE.  The “sugary” sodas have so much less sugar with the SodaStream.  Tastes are similar so flavor is not compromised but you don’t have all those added sugars.  You can drink 3-4x as much before you hit the sugar amounts you have in store bought sodas.  And the diet (my personal favorites) – splenda, not aspartame.  Even the sodium is significantly reduced in all flavors.  NO high fructose corn syrup!!  You can even purchase sparkling water flavoring.
