The set up is incredibly easy and only requires you to plug it into an outlet and hook it up to your router and phone. I was already very familiar with this type of service, as we used Magic Jack for years. We became extremely frustrated with our service when we encountered many problems making and receiving phone calls. I was relieved to find that these issues did not arise when using the BasicTalk!
