Feeling younger than you are is a cliche but an important one to think about. What does it mean exactly? So, if you want to get rid of those wrinkles and look like a yummy mommy, you do need to be hitting the gym on the odd occasion. Or, at the very least going for a light jog once every couple of days. By doing this, you’re not just going to look younger. You’ll find that you won’t succumb to those aches and pains that your friends are starting to complain about.

Dodge That Stress

Finally, you might surprised to learn that one of the worst factors impacting your health probably isn’t related to your diet or your fitness routine. Instead, it’s all about stress.
