Getting pampered with my girls is by far one of my most favorite things we do together. This is something we can enjoy in the comfort of our home, it’s inexpensive and the memories we create are something they will remember when they are grown. My two daughters may be seven years apart and have little in common, but getting pampered and painting our nails is always something they will be able to relate to. So we kicked the boys out, sent them downstairs to the play room for video games and pizza while us girls got in costume and prepared for pampering. We recently visited Walgreens and picked out several packs of Piggy Paint, an eco-friendly, all natural nail polish that is safe for even my littlest one. Typically I head to the back porch to paint my nails because of the strong odor, but it is far too chilly out to do that now. Luckily Piggy Paint is low odor so we can stay warm and cozy inside without enduring strong toxic fumes.

There are so many fun, vibrant and beautiful colors of Piggy Paint to choose from. The girls and I decided we didn’t want to stick to a single color, but would rather paint each finger a different color. They come in adorable little packages and would be perfect stocking stuffers this Christmas!

The girls and I spread out a towel on the floor and prepped our piggies for pampering. A little lotion to soften the toes was sufficient and we all enjoyed getting a foot message!  My oldest daughter had fun choosing her sister’s colors and arranged them to her liking. My youngest daughter’s wiggly toes were no match for Piggy Paint and I had little trouble getting them painted. These are size appropriate for tiny toes, dry fast and are easy to peel off if you get some on their skin.

My oldest daughter patiently waited for her turn of pampering and had her color scheme picked out in minutes. We were both mesmerized by the vibrant pigment and her nails turned out fabulous! She was smiling from ear to ear and truly enjoyed her time being pampered and beautified.
