My children are always drawn to movies that have music and songs, so it was no surprise that the newest VeggieTales movie had them intrigued. My two year old son insisted that we watch this movie twice the other day and I found myself singing along to the tunes instantly. While breezing through the grocery store yesterday (humming the theme song) to my surprise, my son responded with the lyrics, how adorable right?! It is always reassuring to know that when I put a VeggieTales movie on for my children, there will be no inappropriate content. I can also always depend on my children learning a valuable life lesson.

  1. I would love any of the videos for my kids, they are HUGE fans! I think we would love The Penniless Princess though! We used to be better off [not rich by any means, but better] and now we struggle each month and I think that would not only help my oldest, who still doesn’t understand why he doesn’t get new thomas trains as often as he used to etc, but myself feel better about what we DO have!

  2. Honestly, I’d love to own every since Veggie Tales. I’ve been watching them since they came out (and I was a kid) and now my daughter loves them too. My all time favorite is Madame Blueberry because I saw that right after reading Madame Bovary in school.

  3. The kids love singing their songs and Larry Learns to Listen DVD was great teaching tool for me and they liked it. Larry is always funny. 🙂
