My oldest daughter and I took a road trip to Atlanta this weekend to attend the 2019 Comic Con! We love making trips to the big city and there are always amazing events and exciting places for the family to visit. This was also my first Comic Con experience and I just loved how much welcoming of an event it is and how much the cos-players enjoyed getting pictures of each other. I kept telling my daughter she was a celebrity because so many people kept asking to take pictures of her! This was not something I had expected to come from attending Comic Con and it was an indescribable feeling to see my daughter (whom is a very shy introvert) come out of her shell and have such a fun time!

We had a lot of fun meeting all the different artists and shopping at the vendor booths… which there were a ton of! My daughter hit the jackpot at one vendor booth, as you can see from the image down below they were overflowing with merchandise from the show of the character that she was dressed up as!

There were vendors, merchandise and artists there for everyone… I doubt that any person would walk into this place and not find something they would love to bring home! I 

My daughter may have taken home some great merch from the event, but she left with so much more! She has been smiling from ear to ear since this weekend and has not stopped talking about it! I have been sending pictures to all of our family and they were also giddy with excitement to see that she had stepped out of her comfort zone and attended Comic Con in cosplay.

I have to be honest with you… I almost did not take her to this event. The thought of having to drive in crazy Atlanta traffic… discovering that parking was a 20 minute walk from the event… not having my husband there with us (he stayed home with our younger children)… these were all things that almost kept me from going on this road trip with my daughter! I mean this with all of my heart, having the SABRE Red Escape 3-in-1 Automotive Tool was truly a major factor in deciding that we should go.
