Fun & Active Things To Do With Your Family
When I first moved to Georgia about two years ago I was so intimated by our new life here. I had grown up on the coast of Maine where the ocean was less than ten minutes away, and now I was landlocked in the metro Atlanta suburbs. After some research I discovered that there was so much beauty around me… so many lakes, trails, parks and exploring to be done! With a toddler in a carrier and my two older kids by my side, nothing was holding me back from exploring the great outdoors in this new place we now call home. My GPS soon became my go to device and we would simply choose a location and have it direct us there. We discovered some amazing places and some days we explored until the sun set. The goal behind creating this post is to inspire you to find fun and active things to do with your family… so here we go!
The most fun the kids and I had was when we hiked the trails we discovered. Whether it was in our neighborhood or a trail deep in the woods of northern Georgia, we were overwhelmed with joy and excitement. There is just something about the exercise and fresh air that gets everyone in a great mood. I swear when we were hiking those trails my kids would get along better than any other time. Catching mysterious bugs, observing wildlife, touching beautiful trees and breathing in the warm summer air… such bliss! My kids didn’t have an ounce of fight in them by the end of the day and bedtime was a breeze!
While exploring all of these destinations, I found that there were many places where getting to a bathroom right away was not an option. Three natural births later and my bladder and ability to hold it can be quite tricky sometimes. I just hate being the one that ruins all of the fun… the one that has to drag the kids away from the fun because finding a bathroom ASAP is now top priority. Thankfully there is a product out there for those of us that suffer with a weak bladder.
Poise incontinence panty liners keeps me safe from accidents when the fun of excitement of hiking can make it hard to hold it. These pads actually stay 3X drier than leading regular size feminine care liners because they are specifically designed for Light Bladder Leakage (LBL). The Absorb-Loc core quickly locks away wetness and protects against incontinence odor to help keep you fresh and dry. For those of us that don’t want to feel like they are wearing a diaper around… there are now THINNER Poise pads with the same amount of protection. Poise® Maximum Absorbency Pads provide even more absorbency, giving you the confidence and protection you need. The Dry-Touch® layer helps keep you feeling dry and fresh. These pads will make you feel confident and in control while doing the activities that are most fun to you! You can find these pads at your local Sam’s Club!
So don’t let something like LBL hold you back from the fun activities you could be enjoying with family. Keep your confidence up and check some things off your bucket list! I would love to know in the comments below what type fun and active things you like to do with your family and if Poise® Maximum Absorbency Pads has helped you!
