There is no denying that healthy habits can be instilled in our children if we begin encouraging and practicing them at a very young age. Getting into routine so that those healthy habits no longer become a chore or inconvenience, but simply something that your family does regularly without hesitation is a major goal of mine. Despite how diligent we are about making sure our children practice proper dental hygiene, it hasn’t always been a happy journey for us and there is always room for improvement.
