Easy Garlic Olive Oil Pasta

If you have been around here awhile you know how much I love a simple recipe that requires very little ingredient and can be whipped up in no time. With the help of Wildgrain I had the main ingredients that I needed to make this recipe a meal for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz of tonnarelli pasta from Wildgrain
  • 1/2 cup EVOO
  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 TBSP dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • Wildgrain Rosemary Garlic Sourdough Loaf

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and add the tonnarelli . Cook until al dente.
  • While the tonnarelli is cooking, make the sauce
  • Heat the olive oil on low in a frying pan. Add the garlic and crushed red pepper, cook for a few minutes, stir in the parsley
  • Drain the tonnarelli 
  • Add tonnarelli to the frying pan, stir well to coat with the oil. Cook on medium heat for 30 seconds
  • Sprinkle the tonnarelli with parsley and grated parmesan cheese.
  • Bake the Wildgrain Rosemary Garlic Sourdough Loaf according to directions on packaging
  • Enjoy!

My kids gobbled up this pasta and this mom was very happy because the recipe took about 15 minutes to make.

We like our food to have a little kick to it, but I suggest not adding the crushed red pepper if you want a pasta without the spiciness.
