My Review

Something you must know about our family is that we love to be out on the back deck, cooking on the grill and jamming to music. My husband loves nothing more than after a long day at work, to come home, fire up the charcoal grill and blast some of his favorite music on his portable bluetooth speaker. This has been a tradition all summer and something we look forward to every evening as a family. In general my husband just loves having music on all of the time and that bluetooth speaker makes it’s way from room to room quite frequently. Then when his is in the car he has his cell phone hooked up to it so that he can stream all of his iTunes songs while driving. This had been working out very well most of the summer, but I knew that it was time to upgrade to something bigger and better… something that could enhance his home entertainment experience! So you can only imagine how ecstatic I was to discover that one of our favorite Stores was now offering a selection of high quality speakers that would bring our backyard entertainment to a whole new level.

Now my husband is a hard man to please when it comes to birthday gifts and I probably spend more time trying to find him the best gift than anyone else in my life. It just so happened that the Denon HEOS 5 Wireless Speaker arrived around his birthday and the kids and I could not wait to gift it to him. Upon opening it he instantly recognized the brand and knew that it was going to be excellent. However, after downloading the free HEOS app and plugging in the speaker out at the back deck, he was completely blown away by how amazing the sound was. The sound was so crisp, clear and loud and my husband found that the speaker exceeded his expectations. Over the next few weeks he has literally had this speaker by his side wherever he goes around the house and I’m quite confident we are having more back yard BBQs because of how much he enjoys using the speaker outdoors. The other night we put the cars out in the driveway for a cleaning and my husband hooked the speaker up in the garage. This was a really simple but fun family activity, there were smiles on everyone’s faces as we cleaned the cars and jammed out to music. This speaker has truly been a great item to have around and has allowed our family to create so many wonderful memories this summer.

Personally I am very impressed with how sleek and attractive the speaker is and yet it still provides that same high quality performance as the bulkier speakers. This makes it great for relocating throughout the house and outdoors, allowing you to use it in so many ways. Plus, unlike my husbands large and less than attractive speakers, I don’t have to find a creative way to make it blend into our living room decor… it looks great all on its own!

Overall my husband and I are so incredibly pleased with the Denon HEOS 5 Wireless Speaker and do not have a single complaint!
