20 Dynamic Duos Available on Netflix

20 Dynamic Duos Available on Netflix #StreamTeam

The temperatures have dropped pretty low this past month and we have been spending much more time inside. We also purchased a new smart TV and I was so thrilled to see that the remote actually has a Netflix button! Yes you read that right… my remote has a giant red button with “NETFLIX” displayed across it and once pressed it brings me right to it. Needless to say, we have been taking advantage of the big red button and enjoying some fantastic movies and shows. I have been inspired by this months theme of dynamic duos and introduced some classics to my kids. My Girl and Charlotte’s Web are movies I enjoyed as a young girl, it was truly special watching them with my own children. To see my children settle down at the end of the day, snuggle up on the couch with a bowl of popcorn and watch a family classic is so wonderful… they have such a great bond! These movies teach them important lessons, kindness, love and forgiveness and so much more!

After hours my husband and I have been binge watching one of the most recent shows to be added to Netflix… The X Files! We both remember watching this show growing up and re-watching them has brought back so many memories… and created new ones. Each night while I get all three kids to bed, my husband will make us a snack and get the show ready. Once the kids are finally asleep we will watch a few episodes while eating a delicious snack, and depending if it’s the weekend we may add a bottle of wine to the mix. Life can be crazy and hectic as parents of three, but we certainly do a great job making sure to set time aside for a date night… even if it’s in the living room. Netflix has been wonderful for everyone in the family and I look forward to getting through a few more of the dynamic duos on Netflix!
